Welcome to Naurea 's Shipping and Delivery Policy. In this document, you will find important information about our shipping processes, delivery times, and costs, for both domestic (Brazil) and international shipments. Our goal is to ensure transparency and establish clear expectations regarding the receipt of your orders.

Note: All values ​​are in Brazilian Real (R$).

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation. (Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.) During this processing period, we pick, pack, and prepare your order for shipment. Important: Delivery times shown at checkout begin only after the order has been shipped , not including processing time. During periods of high demand (such as promotions or holidays), processing may take an additional 1-2 days. You will receive a notification email as soon as your order has been shipped.

Shipping and Delivery in Brazil

Free shipping throughout Brazil , regardless of the order value.

Estimated delivery time:

  • Capital cities and major centers: 3 to 10 business days
  • Inland or hard-to-reach regions: up to 15 business days.

Deliveries are made on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

International Freight

  • Free international shipping on orders over R$499 .

  • International shipping (flat rate) of R$199 for orders under R$499 .

Currently, Naurea delivers to most countries worldwide. Estimated delivery time: international shipments generally arrive within 10 to 20 business days , varying depending on the destination country. This timeframe may be extended in cases of customs delays or other import procedures beyond our control. International deliveries are made on business days, and the schedule may vary according to the carriers and delivery policies of each country. If your country is not available as a delivery option at checkout, unfortunately we do not serve that location at this time.

Import and Customs Taxes

International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees charged by the destination country. Any such charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer . Naurea has no control over these fees and is not responsible for any additional import costs. Shipping costs shown on our website do not include any international customs fees, nor do product prices include these charges. We recommend that you check your country's customs policies to learn about any applicable fees before completing an international purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email containing the tracking number and instructions on how to track your delivery. You can use this code on the carrier's website to check the status of your order. Please note that tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after shipment due to carrier processing time. If you do not receive your order within the maximum estimated delivery time (e.g., 15 business days for domestic shipments or 30 business days for international shipments, counted from the shipping date), please contact us so we can assist you.

Partner Carriers

We work with reliable carriers and logistics companies to ensure your order arrives safely. In Brazil, we use services from Correios (the Brazilian postal service) and/or reputable private carriers. For international shipments, we rely on experienced logistics partners such as DHL , FedEx , UPS , and others – selecting the best option according to the destination. All shipping methods offered include a tracking code so you can follow the delivery progress.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not deliver to PO Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO). Please provide a physical address for delivery. Additionally, some remote or hard-to-reach areas may not have home delivery service; in these cases, the package may be redirected for pickup at the nearest post office or carrier distribution center to the customer's address. If any specific shipping restrictions affect your order, we will contact you to find a solution.
